Crest on Peachtree offers the perfect balance of convenience and comfort, just minutes from campus in the heart of walkable Midtown. By filling out the form below, our team will share more details about our student-friendly apartments—and you’ll also be entered for a chance to win a pair of smart glasses.

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open only to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older, who are new or prospective students of Georgia Tech exploring housing options. Current residents of Crest on Peachtree and employees, contractors, or affiliates of Crest on Peachtree are not eligible. One entry per person.

‍2. Entry Period
Entries must be received between the opening of the form and Sunday, September 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM EDT (Atlanta time zone). Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

‍3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive Ray-Ban® Meta AI Glasses, Wayfarer style (approximate retail value: $299). Exact model or color may vary from images used in promotional materials. Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted or exchanged by the winner. Crest on Peachtree reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

‍5. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random and notified by email on Monday, September 22, 2025. The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of notification. Prize must be picked up in person at the Crest on Peachtree Leasing Office, 710 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30308. Valid identification may be required at pickup.

By participating, entrants agree that Crest on Peachtree and its affiliates shall not be liable for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical malfunctions; or any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.
