Official Giveaway Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
This giveaway is open only to legal U.S. residents, 18 years of age or older, who are new or prospective students of Georgia Tech exploring off-campus housing options. Current residents of Crest on Peachtree and employees, contractors, or affiliates of Crest on Peachtree are not eligible. One entry per person.

‍2. Entry Period
Entries must be received between the opening of the form and Friday, September 19, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

‍3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a pair of smart glasses. Exact style and model may vary from images used in promotional materials. Prize has no cash value, is non-transferable, and cannot be substituted or exchanged by the winner. Crest on Peachtree reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.

‍4. Winner Selection & Notification
The winner will be selected at random and notified by email on Monday, September 22, 2025. The winner must claim the prize within 7 days of notification. Prize must be picked up in person at Crest on Peachtree, 710 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30308. Valid identification may be required at pickup.

‍5. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree that Crest on Peachtree and its affiliates shall not be liable for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; technical malfunctions; or any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

‍6. Privacy
By submitting your entry, you agree that Crest on Peachtree (or its property management team) may contact you with information about our apartments. Your information will not be sold or shared with third parties.
