When you refer someone who signs a new lease with us, you’ll receive a $500 credit toward a future month’s rent.

‍Here’s how it works:
• Both current resident and referral must be in good standing (no past due rent, etc.).
• Your referral must be a brand-new resident — not a current or former resident, applicant, or roommate.
• Once your referral signs a lease, moves in, and pays their first two (2) month’s rent, you’ll receive your $500 rent credit.
• Rent credit is applied to a future month’s rent — no cash equivalents.

There’s no limit on how many friends you can refer. Spread the word and start earning rent credits!

Terms & Conditions:

1. Eligibility

The referring party (“Referrer”) must be a current resident in good standing, meaning their account is current with no outstanding balances, lease violations, or eviction proceedings.

The referred party (“Referral”) must be a first-time resident of the property and may not be a current or former resident, applicant, occupant, roommate, or transfer from another unit within the property.

2. Reward Details

Upon verification of eligibility, the Referrer will receive a $500 credit toward a future month’s rent. This credit is not transferable, redeemable for cash, or applicable toward any other charges, fees, or deposits. Credit must be applied to rent and cannot be split between multiple months unless management approves otherwise.

3. Award Timing

The reward will be issued only after:

The Referral has signed a lease agreement;

The Referral has taken occupancy of the unit; and

The Referral has paid their first full month’s rent in accordance with their lease terms.

4. Verification

All referrals are subject to verification by management. Management reserves the right to withhold or revoke rewards if any fraud, misrepresentation, or noncompliance with these Terms & Conditions is suspected or confirmed.

5. Program Changes & Termination

Management reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect referrals already in process prior to the effective date of the change.

6. Miscellaneous

Participation in this program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The program is void where prohibited by law. Any disputes arising under this program will be governed by the laws of the state in which the property is located.
